Yes, there is no minimum term to subscription. If you are a paying monthly customer that wants to cancel your subscription, it will stop following the next month’s payment cycle. If you have chosen the 6 or 12 month advance payment option, the subscription is limited to the original time frame selected.

Yes, the subscription process allows a company with a number of Site or Project Managers to subscribe and administer payments in a simple online process, the quantity of subscriptions can be altered at any time and billed as a single transaction each month. The user allocations can be transferred to different individuals as staff / freelance Site Managers may join or leave a business. A super-admin is created who has responsibility for payments and administering the site teams.
No problem at all, ConstructApps operates offline when no wifi, broadband or cellular connection is available, saving all information and allowing sign-in, inspections, snagging and everything else you will need to manage your site. Once a connection is established (automatically) the app will sync with the server and ensure all information is backed-up. We understand sites may be located in basements, rural areas or simply blocked by other buildings, which is why the full offline capability is standard within the app.

Yes, our subscriptions have no minimum periods and will allow an increased or reduced number of subscriptions. The current subscription and payment cycle will complete and change to the new selection at that point. For example, a monthly subscription will be billed monthly on a set date, if the subscription is upgraded to 12 months to take advantage of subscription savings, the new subscription will become live once the current month billing cycle has completed. All subscriptions can be easily managed within the online portal.
ConstructApps is available to download in both the Apple Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). It is free to download, but a subscription will be required to take full advantage of the app.
Yes, it will provide a multitude of customisation options, including its own app available to download from app stores and branded to company requirements, giving great impressions to clients, sub-contractors and visitors. As standard ConstructApps includes a full suite of the most common forms, inspections and permits required on both construction and fit out / refurbishment sites. However, we can create bespoke versions or slight alterations to existing forms, permits and inspections to tailor them to your business requirements. No, all sub-contractors and visitors are free to use the app, provided they have been invited by the Site Manager / admin user for the project. Each will have a relevant selection of tools within the app and will need to register, so access can be provided for inductions, site sign-in, document sharing and much more.
